Next weekend, Orihuela celebrates its “I Palmeral Fest”, which will bring together prominent artists on stage and will feature multiple activities on the premises, most of which will take place on Saturday. The Palmeral de Orihuela, a spectacular space declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and pampered in recent years by all administrations and neighbors, will host a festival on April 23 and 24 that includes local artists of great significance such as Aixa, Gremio DC or Solar DJ, but also to others of renowned renown such as Carlos Dechari, Tributo a Mecano Siglo XXI, one of the best that can be seen in Spain at the moment, and, to close, La Hornet, a band that is hitting very hard there. where are you going.
The performances will begin at five in the afternoon. Parallel to the concerts, a series of activities for adults and children will take place. From 17 to 21 hours, children can enjoy the climbing wall and zip line and inflatables. The festival is organized by the Departments of Youth and Environment of the Orihuela City Council, directed by Dámaso Aparicio, and has the collaboration of the Association of Moors and Christians of Orihuela “Santas Justa y Rufina”, who always do their bit to make Orihuela bigger and the activities carried out in the municipality. The ambassador troupes, “Buccaneer Pirates” and “Muslim Moors Scorpions” will be in charge of leading the bars to refresh the hundreds of people who are expected to attend this event.
